Siege Tracker PS5 - Check Rainbow Six Siege PlayStation Stats

A Siege tracker PS5 routine should be simple. You finish a session, put the controller down, and check how you actually did. In practice, a lot of PS5 players end up confused, because their PS5 stats seem to include old PS4 games, a whole mode is missing for their friends on older hardware, and the rank on a tracker doesn’t match the one a PC buddy brags about.

Most of that confusion comes from how Rainbow Six Siege handles generations and pools, not from the trackers being broken. Once you know what the PS5 version adds, what it shares with PS4, and where your numbers really come from, checking your stats gets quick and reliable.

This guide is written for PS5 players specifically. We’ll cover the PS5 vs PS4 split, how to check your PS5 stats from a typical couch setup, how to read each mode’s numbers, and how to turn them into better rounds.

What a Siege tracker PS5 check actually covers

When you look up your PS5 stats, you’re really looking at your Ubisoft account. Rainbow Six Siege keeps your progression there, and your PlayStation profile is linked to it. That’s why your Operators, Renown and cosmetics follow you between consoles, and it’s also why a tracker usually asks for a platform rather than a console model.

So a Siege tracker PS5 search is really a PlayStation search. The hardware matters for what modes you can play, but your account, your name and your console rank are the same whether you’re on a PS5 in the living room or a PS4 at a friend’s place. Keep that in mind and most of the odd results start making sense.

What changes on PS5 is the content you have access to, and therefore which PS5 stats can exist at all. That’s where Dual Front comes in.

PS5 vs PS4 in Rainbow Six Siege

Siege runs on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PC. Ranked, Unranked and Quick Match play the same on both PlayStation generations, so the core numbers are directly comparable. If a PS4 friend plays a season of Ranked alongside PS5 players like you, your K/D and win rate measure the same thing.

Dual Front numbers only exist on PS5

Dual Front is a permanent 6v6 mode on the District map. Teams mix attackers and defenders, and players respawn. Ubisoft’s Siege X launch announcement lists it as available only on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. PS4 owners can’t play it, so they’ll never have Dual Front numbers, and PS5 players who do play it should keep those numbers apart from their Ranked record.

Respawn modes inflate kills and deaths compared with one-life rounds. A great Dual Front session can make your PS5 stats look better than your Ranked form really is, and a messy one can drag them down. Neither tells you much about how you’d hold a site in Ranked.

Moving from PS4 to PS5 mid-season

Upgrading doesn’t reset your rank. Ubisoft shares rank, rank history and skill rating across consoles, so your highest console rank applies on the new machine. Your Operators, cosmetics, Renown, R6 Credits and Battle Pass progress come with you through the linked Ubisoft account.

One habit I’d recommend is logging a snapshot on your last PS4 session before the switch. It gives you a clean line in your history, so later you can see whether the new hardware changed anything. You might feel sharper on the new console, or you might feel no change at all. Your own before-and-after numbers will tell you which is true, instead of guessing from a single good night on the new console.

Trophies are the exception worth knowing. Achievements and trophies aren’t shared across platforms. If you’re used to treating trophies as a progress log, start keeping proper notes instead, because those won’t follow you if you ever switch ecosystems.

How to check your PS5 stats from a couch setup

Most PS5 players check stats on a second screen. A phone on the armrest or a laptop on the coffee table is perfect, because you can look things up between matches without leaving the lobby. Here’s the order that saves the most time.

  1. Read the post-match report. After each Ranked match it shows the Rank Points you gained or lost. Jot that down on your phone right away, because it never shows up in your PS5 stats later.
  2. Sign in to Ubisoft’s official stats page on ubisoft.com. Use the Ubisoft account linked to your PlayStation profile and see what it lists for you today.
  3. Use a third-party tracker for extra detail. Search your in-game name, choose PlayStation as the platform, and check that the profile is really yours.
  4. Copy six numbers. Kills, deaths, wins, losses, headshots and rounds.
  5. Log a snapshot. Enter them in the free Siege Tracker season tool, which keeps your history in the browser and shows changes between sessions.

That routine takes a couple of minutes. Do it at the end of a session rather than after every match, and your PS5 stats history stays clean without turning into a chore.

Siege tracker PS5 lookups by name and platform

Trackers need two things, a name and a platform. On PlayStation, the name you see on the in-game scoreboard is the best place to start, and the Ubisoft account name is the backup. The details of PSN names, Ubisoft names and account linking deserve their own article, so our PlayStation stats and PSN name guide covers that in depth.

For PS5 players, the short version is this. Search the name you play under, set the platform to PlayStation, and confirm the result by level or recent matches before trusting any numbers.

When a Siege tracker PS5 search comes back empty

Empty results for PS5 players usually have a boring cause. Check the platform first, because PC is often the default on trackers. Next, think about recent name changes, since fan-made trackers can update late and platform data may not sync instantly. Finally, check whether you’ve played Ranked yet. Ranked needs a paid edition and player level 50, and a free account that only plays Quick Match won’t have Ranked PS5 stats to show.

Reading PS5 stats by mode

The single most useful habit for PS5 stats is separating modes. Each one asks different things of you, and blending them hides what’s really going on. Here’s how I’d read each mode as a PS5 player.

ModeOn PS4?What the numbers tell youRank impact
RankedYesYour real competitive formRank Points gained or lost
UnrankedYesPractice with full rules, less pressureNone
Quick MatchYesWarm-ups and casual habitsNone
Dual FrontNo, PS5 onlyRespawn aim and map flowNone

The formulas don’t change by mode. K/D = kills ÷ deaths. Win rate = wins ÷ (wins + losses) × 100. Headshot % = headshot kills ÷ kills × 100. Kills per round = kills ÷ rounds. What changes is what a “good” number means. A respawn K/D and a Ranked K/D are different animals, so compare each one only with itself.

If you want those calculations done for you, drop your numbers into the R6 K/D and win rate calculator. It works on any phone browser, which suits PS5 players with a second screen.

The console pool from a PS5 player’s view

Cross-play between PC and console arrived with Y9S4 Operation Collision Point in December 2024. PlayStation and Xbox players share one console pool, and PC and console matchmaking stay separate by default. So your Ranked opponents on PS5 can just as easily be on Xbox, and your rank is the shared console rank either way.

PS5 players can also choose to join the PC player pool. PC players can’t join console pools. If you play Ranked in the PC pool, you keep a PC rank separate from your console rank. That’s a big deal for tracking, because you’ll then have two ranked records that shouldn’t be blended. Our console R6 tracker guide explains how to compare players across both consoles fairly.

A practical tip. If you try the PC pool, tag those sessions in your notes. Facing mouse-and-keyboard players can shift your PS5 stats noticeably, and you’ll want to know whether a dip came from your play or from the pool.

Turning PS5 stats into better rounds

PS5 stats only matter if they change what you do next match. Here’s how I use each one on controller.

  • Headshot %. On a pad, this mostly reflects crosshair placement. Hold angles at head height and pre-aim common peeks before you touch sensitivity.
  • Kills per round. Roamers naturally post higher numbers than anchors. Compare yourself in the same role across weeks.
  • Win rate. This is the number Ranked rewards. If it’s flat while K/D climbs, you may be chasing frags instead of playing the objective.
  • K/D. Useful, but noisy over short spans. Read it over a week, never a night.

A worked example for Player A

Picture an example PS5 player, Player A, with 200 kills, 180 deaths, 30 wins, 30 losses, 70 headshots and 300 rounds in Ranked this season. That’s a K/D of about 1.11, a 50% win rate, a 35% headshot rate and about 0.67 kills per round. These numbers are illustrative, not a benchmark.

What would Player A work on? A 50% win rate with a positive K/D suggests the kills aren’t turning into round wins often enough. Reviewing a few losses for late, low-impact trades would be my first step. The step-by-step stat tracking guide shows how to set up that kind of review.

What PS5 players should log each week

You don’t need dozens of columns. For most PS5 players, a weekly entry with the six core numbers, the mode, the pool and one line of notes is plenty. The notes are what make it useful. “Solo queue, tilted after two overtime losses” explains a bad week far better than any chart.

If you main a small group of Operators, note which ones you played most that week too. Over a season, your PS5 stats will start to show which picks actually win you rounds and which ones just feel good.

Comparing your PS5 stats with friends

Comparing with your squad is fun, and it can be useful if you do it fairly. The trick is matching like with like. Two PS5 players in the same console pool, playing Ranked in the same season, can compare K/D, win rate and kills per round directly. Once one of you has spent half the season in the PC pool or in Dual Front, the comparison gets muddy.

Here’s a fair way to set it up:

  • Agree on one mode, usually Ranked.
  • Use season numbers, not lifetime.
  • Make sure both of you have a decent sample, at least a few dozen rounds.
  • Compare roles too, since an entry fragger and a support player shouldn’t post the same PS5 stats.

The two-player comparison on our leaderboards and stats explorer lays two sets of numbers side by side, which saves a lot of arguing in party chat. Just remember that the point is to learn from each other. If your friend’s headshot rate is higher, watch how they hold angles rather than just envying the number.

PS4 friends can join in for Ranked comparisons, since their core stats measure the same thing. Just leave Dual Front out, because only PS5 players on PlayStation can play it.

Mistakes PS5 players make with trackers

These come up constantly among PS5 players in lobbies and Discord groups.

  • Counting Dual Front as Ranked form. Respawn numbers belong in their own column.
  • Blaming the tracker for a PC-pool rank. Two pools mean two ranks.
  • Treating lifetime stats as this season. Years of casual play can bury recent improvement. Check season numbers too, and our R6 seasonal stats guide explains why they matter more.
  • Trusting one hot night. Short samples swing wildly in either direction.
  • Searching with PC selected. Always set PlayStation before you search.

None of these need special tools to fix. They just need a bit of discipline about what you compare against what. Keep modes, pools and time windows separate, and your PS5 stats become far more honest.

Keeping your PS5 account safe while checking stats

A stats lookup only ever needs your public name. Nobody legitimate needs your Ubisoft password or your PlayStation login to show you PS5 stats. Ubisoft says its representatives never ask for passwords, payment details or login credentials, so treat any site or message that does as a phishing attempt.

Turn on 2-step verification for your Ubisoft account. It supports an authenticator app, email or SMS, and you get six single-use recovery codes. PS5 players should store those somewhere safe. Ubisoft has required it for PC Ranked while console players were exempt, but your PS5 progression lives on that same account, so it’s worth the extra minute. If you’d like a broader primer on ranks before you start tracking, the older R6 rank system explainer is a good refresher.

Siege Tracker PS5 FAQ

Does a Siege tracker PS5 lookup include my PS4 matches?

Trackers generally ask PS5 players for a platform such as PlayStation rather than a specific console, so don’t expect a clean PS4 and PS5 split. Your account and console rank are shared across consoles anyway. If you need the difference, take a snapshot on the day you upgrade and track forward from there.

Can I use a Siege tracker PS5 players can open on a phone?

Yes. Ubisoft’s stats page and most trackers are websites, and Siege Tracker works in any desktop or mobile browser. There’s no store app and nothing to install on the console. A phone next to you is the easiest way to log numbers between sessions.

Why don’t my PS4 friends have Dual Front numbers?

Dual Front is only on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. PS4 and Xbox One players can’t play it, so their profiles won’t show anything for that mode, while PS5 stats can. That’s expected, not a tracker error.

Do PS5 players need to pay for Ranked stats?

Free Access covers Quick Match, Unranked and Dual Front. Ranked needs a paid edition, and you also need to reach player level 50 before you can queue. Until then, a tracker won’t have Ranked PS5 stats for you.

Is there a Siege tracker PS5 app that runs on the console?

Not one we can point to. Tracker Network’s Overwolf app is Windows-only and isn’t available on console. On PS5, your realistic options are the post-match report in the game, Ubisoft’s stats page on another device, and browser-based trackers. Siege Tracker itself is a free website, not a console app.

Getting more from your Siege tracker PS5 routine

The routine that works is boring on purpose. Check your PS5 stats after a session, separate your modes, note which pool you played in, and log the same six numbers every week. After a month you’ll see trends that a single profile view never shows.

Start tonight. Finish your Ranked games, note the RP change from the post-match report, check Ubisoft’s stats page on your phone, then log the numbers in the Rainbow Six Siege stat analyzer. Next week, do it again and compare.

Siege Tracker is independent and not affiliated with Ubisoft, and it never asks for your password. What you enter stays in your browser, and you can export or delete it at any time.
