Before you contact Siege Tracker, it helps to know what kinds of messages we can answer and what details make a reply quicker. This guide covers stat questions, data issue reports, guide ideas, privacy requests and feedback. It also explains what belongs with Ubisoft instead, and how to stay safe from anyone pretending to be us.
Every message is read by a person, so a little preparation goes a long way.

When to Contact Siege Tracker
Siege Tracker is an independent site that explains Rainbow Six Siege stats and offers free in-browser tools. That shapes what we can help with. You should contact Siege Tracker when your question is about something on this website, or about understanding stats in general.
- Stat questions. You are not sure what a metric means or how a calculator result was worked out.
- Data issues. A number, formula or rank detail in a guide looks wrong or out of date.
- Guide ideas. You want a topic covered that the site does not explain yet.
- Privacy requests. You want to know about, or delete, a message you sent us.
- Feedback. Something on a page is confusing, broken or hard to use on your device.
If your message fits one of these, you are in the right place. Use the form above or email tech4english@gmail.com.
Asking a Stat Question
Stat questions are some of the most common reasons players get in touch. You might want to know why your K/D and your kill-per-round figures tell different stories, or why a season number looks very different from your lifetime total. These are good questions, and many of them already have a detailed answer on the site.
Before you write, it is worth checking a guide such as season vs lifetime R6 stats or how to read an R6 player profile. You may find the answer in a few minutes.
If the guides do not answer it, contact Siege Tracker with the exact numbers you are looking at and where they came from. For example, saying “my ranked K/D this season reads 1.05 but my lifetime K/D is 0.92” gives us something concrete to explain. Keep in mind that we cannot look up your account, so the numbers need to come from you. Copy them from your in-game career or ranked screen.

How to Contact Siege Tracker About a Data Issue
Rainbow Six Siege changes between seasons, and guides can fall behind. If you spot a mistake, a report helps every reader. The fastest way is to choose the data issue subject in the contact form, or to mention it clearly in the first line of an email.
A good report is specific. “Your rank page is wrong” is hard to act on, because a page can contain dozens of figures and statements. A report that names the page, the exact line and the reason you think it is wrong can usually be checked quickly. If the issue is with a calculator, tell us the values you entered and the result you saw, so the calculation can be repeated exactly.
Our Data Accuracy page explains how reported errors are reviewed and corrected, and what kinds of figures on the site are examples rather than live data.
What to Include in a Data Issue Report
Use this checklist when you contact Siege Tracker about a number that looks wrong. You do not need every item for every report, but the more you include, the less back-and-forth there is.
| Detail | Example |
|---|---|
| Page URL | The full address of the guide or tool page |
| Which number or line | The win rate in the second example table |
| What you expected | The value you believe is correct, and why |
| Platform | PC, PlayStation or Xbox |
| Season and playlist | The current season, ranked or unranked |
If you used a calculator, add the exact values you typed. A worked example makes checking easy. With 30 wins and 20 losses, the win rate should read 60%. If the tool showed something else, that difference is exactly what we need to see.
Platform and season matter because Rainbow Six Siege can display stats differently across playlists, and ranks reset each season. A figure that is correct for one season may be out of date in the next, so this detail helps us tell a genuine error from a normal seasonal change.

Suggesting a Guide Idea or Sharing Feedback
Many of the guides on Siege Tracker started as a question a player could not find answered anywhere else. If there is a stat, a rank topic or a tracking method you want explained, a short suggestion is welcome. Tell us what you were trying to understand and where you got stuck, because that shapes how a guide is written.
Feedback about the site itself is just as useful. You might find a calculator hard to use on a phone, a table that does not fit your screen, or a sentence that reads in a confusing way. When you contact Siege Tracker with feedback, mention the page, your device and browser, and what happened.
Honest criticism is welcome too. If a guide felt too long, too basic or too technical, saying so helps us improve it for the next reader. We cannot promise that every idea becomes a guide or a feature, but every suggestion is read. You can browse existing topics in the R6 stats guide first to see what is already covered.
Privacy Requests Through the Contact Form
Because Siege Tracker has no accounts, the main personal information it may hold is the content of messages sent through the contact form. If you want to know what we have, or you want a message deleted, you can contact Siege Tracker using the Privacy request subject in the form, or by email.
Include the email address you used when you first wrote to us, so the right messages can be found. We may ask a simple follow-up question to confirm the request comes from you.
Calculator inputs and homepage tracker snapshots are never sent to us, so there is nothing of that kind to look up or delete on our side. You can clear them yourself in your browser. The full details are in our Privacy Policy, which you confirm you have read when you submit the contact form. If you only want to contact Siege Tracker to ask how something is handled, that is welcome too.

What Siege Tracker Support Cannot Help With
Siege Tracker support is limited to this website. Siege Tracker is not Ubisoft and has no access to Ubisoft accounts, so some problems can only be solved by Ubisoft directly. Please do not contact Siege Tracker about these, because we have no way to act on them.
- Recovering a lost, hacked or locked Ubisoft account.
- Bans, suspensions, penalties or appeals.
- Purchases, refunds, R6 Credits or missing items.
- Changing your in-game rank, stats or match history.
- Server outages, connection errors or game crashes.
For all of these, go to Ubisoft Help, which is the official support channel for the game and your account. If you are unsure whether your issue belongs with us or with Ubisoft, ask yourself one question. Does it involve your account or something inside the game? If so, Ubisoft is the right place.
You are still welcome to contact Siege Tracker if a guide about these topics is unclear. For example, if our explanation of how ranks reset each season confused you, that is something we can fix. The line is simple. We can explain and correct our own pages, but only Ubisoft can change anything on your account.
We Never Ask for Your Password
There is no login on Siege Tracker, and none of our tools connect to your game account. That means there is never a reason for us to ask for your Ubisoft password, a 2-step verification code, a backup code or access to your email. If you are asked for any of these in a message that claims to be from us, it is not genuine.
This also applies when you contact Siege Tracker yourself. Please do not paste passwords or codes into the form, even if you think they would help explain a problem. Screenshots should not show your email address, payment details or account security settings either.
If you are worried that your account details have been exposed, change your password and review your security settings in your Ubisoft account, where 2-step verification is also available. Our R6 account security guide walks through those steps in more detail. You can still contact Siege Tracker afterwards if a scam used our name.

Staying Safe From Impersonators
Popular games attract scammers, and stats sites are no exception. Someone could create a fake profile or email that uses the Siege Tracker name to trick players. Knowing how we really communicate makes these attempts easier to spot.
- Our contact email is tech4english@gmail.com, as shown on this page.
- We do not offer rank boosting, account selling, giveaways or free in-game currency.
- We do not message players first to ask them to verify an account.
- We never send links that ask you to sign in with your Ubisoft details.
- We do not ask for payment for corrections, guides or support.
If you receive something suspicious that uses our name, do not click its links or reply with personal details. You can forward the details to us so we know about it, and report account-related scams to Ubisoft as well. When in doubt, come back to this page and contact Siege Tracker through the form directly.
Writing a Message That Gets a Clear Reply
A clear message helps us understand your question the first time. You do not need formal wording when you contact Siege Tracker. Plain, specific details are what matter, and a few short sentences are usually enough.
- Pick the right subject. Choose the option in the contact form that matches your message, such as a data issue or a privacy request.
- Cover one topic per message. Separate questions are easier to track and answer properly.
- Name the page. Paste the full URL rather than describing where you found something.
- Give exact numbers. Copy figures as they appear, and say whether they are season or lifetime values.
- Check your email address. A typo means a reply cannot reach you.
We reply as soon as we reasonably can. If your question is about using a tool, try it once more with your numbers first, for example in the K/D and win rate calculator, so you can describe exactly what you see. That small step often answers the question before you need to contact Siege Tracker at all.
