Terms of Use Siege Tracker
1.Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using Siege Tracker in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use and to all applicable laws. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the site.
These terms apply to every visitor, whether you read a single guide, use the Stat Analyzer, or run numbers through the K/D and win rate calculator. If you use the site on behalf of someone else, such as a team or a community, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms for them. Your continued use of the site after we update these terms means you accept the revised version. We recommend checking this page from time to time so you know what applies to your use of the site.
2.What This Website Is and Is Not
Siege Tracker is an independent, informational website about Rainbow Six Siege stats. We publish guides that explain metrics such as K/D ratio, win rate, headshot %, rank progression, Rank Points (RP) and placement matches, along with free browser-based tools that help you read your own numbers. The site is not operated, endorsed, sponsored, or approved by Ubisoft Entertainment or any other company.
There are no user accounts, logins, or member profiles on this site, and we will never ask for your Ubisoft password. We do not connect to your Ubisoft Connect account or pull data from it. Siege Tracker does not sell, trade or hold any in-game items. Any stats you see in our guides are labelled as example or illustrative data unless stated otherwise.
3.Calculators and Your Estimates
Our Stat Analyzer and K/D and win rate calculator work only with the numbers you type in yourself, for example kills, deaths, wins, losses, headshots and matches copied from your in-game career or ranked screen. The calculations run in your browser using standard formulas, such as K/D = kills ÷ deaths and win rate = wins ÷ (wins + losses) × 100.
Every result is an estimate based on your inputs. If a number is entered incorrectly, rounded, or taken from a different season or playlist, the output will reflect that. Results are not official Ubisoft figures, do not predict your rank or Rank Points, and should not be presented as verified stats. You are responsible for how you use and share any results you calculate on this site.
4. Accuracy of Information
We work to keep our guides on ranks, operators, maps and metrics clear and current. Rainbow Six Siege changes often, though. Ubisoft can adjust the rank system, Rank Point gains, operators, maps and the way stats are displayed between seasons, so some details on this site may be out of date at the time you read them.
All content is provided for general information and education only. It is not official game documentation and should not be relied on as the final word on any rule or setting. Always check important details in the game or on official Ubisoft channels. If you spot an error, let us know through our Data Accuracy page and we will review it.
5. Trademarks & Copyright
Rainbow Six, Rainbow Six Siege, Ubisoft, and all related names, logos, operators, maps and game content are trademarks or copyrighted material of Ubisoft Entertainment and their respective owners. We refer to them only to describe the game and its stats. Siege Tracker is an independent website and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Ubisoft Entertainment.
The original text, layouts, graphics and tools created for Siege Tracker are owned by us or used with permission. You may share links to our pages and quote short passages with credit and a link back. You may not copy, republish, or redistribute substantial parts of the site, or present our content as your own, without our written permission.
6. Acceptable Use of the Site
You agree to use Siege Tracker only for lawful, personal and informational purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site, its server, or any connected systems. You must not use bots, scrapers or automated tools to copy content at scale, insert malicious code, or interfere with other visitors’ use of the site.
When you contact us, please do not send passwords, login codes, or other sensitive account details. We will never ask for them. Do not use our contact form to send spam, harassment, abusive language, or content that infringes the rights of others. We may block access from addresses that misuse the site or our contact channels.
7. External Links and Third Parties
Some pages may link to third-party websites, such as official Ubisoft help pages, or display advertising served by third parties. These links and ads are provided for convenience or to support the site. We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, security, or privacy practices.
Visiting an external site is at your own discretion, and its own terms and policies apply once you leave Siege Tracker. A link or an ad on this site does not mean we endorse the linked website, its owner, or any product or service it offers. If you find a broken or unsafe link on our pages, please report it so we can review it.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability
Siege Tracker is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site, its guides, or its calculators will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or its content. This includes decisions made based on calculator results, outdated game information, or third-party websites linked from our pages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable law that cannot be excluded.
9. Privacy and Your Information
How we handle the limited information this site receives is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Use. In short, there are no accounts, and the numbers you enter into our calculators are processed in your browser and are not sent to us.
If you use our contact form, we receive the name, email address, subject and message you provide so we can reply. Our server keeps standard technical logs, and advertising partners such as Google may use cookies as described in the Privacy Policy. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive information through the contact form.
10.Changes to Terms and Contact Information
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect changes to the site, our tools, or applicable law. When we do, the revised terms will be posted on this page. Your continued use of Siege Tracker after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree with a change, please stop using the site.
For questions about these terms, email us at tech4english@gmail.com or use our contact page. We aim to respond as soon as we reasonably can. These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Siege Tracker regarding your use of this website.
The Siege Tracker Terms and Conditions in Plain English
This plain-English guide to the terms and conditions shows how the numbered Terms of Use above work in everyday situations, from running a calculator to sharing a result with your squad. It adds examples and context, not new rules. If anything here ever seems to differ from the numbered sections, those Siege Tracker terms are the version that applies.
In this guide
A Quick Summary of the Terms and Conditions
If you only have a minute, this is the short version of the terms and conditions. Siege Tracker is a free, independent website that explains Rainbow Six Siege stats. You do not sign up, log in or link a game account. You read guides, type your own numbers into the tools, and get results that are estimates rather than official figures.
- Use the site for personal, lawful and informational purposes.
- Treat every calculator result as an estimate based on what you typed.
- Do not scrape, overload or try to break into the site.
- Do not send spam, abuse or account details through the contact form.
- Respect Ubisoft’s trademarks and our own original content.
- Check back now and then, because the terms of use can change.
What Calculator Results Mean Under These Terms
The K/D and win rate calculator and the Stat Analyzer apply standard formulas to the numbers you enter. As a worked example, if you type 120 kills and 100 deaths, the tool shows a K/D of 1.20. That result is only as good as the inputs. Mixing ranked and unranked numbers, or this season with last season, gives a figure that matches neither.
Under the terms and conditions, these outputs are informational only. They are not a rank or Rank Points prediction, not an official Ubisoft figure and not a verified record of your play. If you share a result, describe it honestly as a number you calculated yourself. For help reading the output, the R6 stats guide explains what each metric can and cannot tell you.

Acceptable Use in Everyday Situations
The acceptable use rules in the terms and conditions are easier to follow with real examples. Most normal ways of using a stats site are fine. The rules are aimed at behaviour that harms the site or other visitors, not at curious players.
| Usually fine | Not allowed |
|---|---|
| Bookmarking guides and returning to them | Running bots that copy pages at scale |
| Sharing a link to a guide in your team chat | Republishing whole guides as your own |
| Using the calculators as often as you like | Flooding the site with automated requests |
| Reporting a mistake through the contact page | Sending spam, threats or abusive messages |
If you are unsure whether something you plan to do fits these terms of use, ask first. A short question costs nothing and avoids problems later.
Why Scraping and Automated Copying Are Not Allowed
Siege Tracker is built for people, not for bulk collection. Scrapers and automated tools that copy pages in large volumes can slow the site down for everyone else, and they take original writing that was produced to help players learn. That is why the terms and conditions forbid copying content at scale, inserting malicious code, or trying to reach parts of the server that are not public.
This rule also reflects how the site works. Siege Tracker does not scrape player accounts or pull data from Ubisoft, and it asks the same respect in return. If you run a community project and want to reference our guides, linking to the relevant page is the right approach. Our About Siege Tracker page explains the education-first approach behind the content.

Using the Contact Form Fairly
The contact form exists so you can ask questions, report data issues and send feedback. To keep it useful, the terms and conditions ask that you use it for genuine messages only. Repeated identical messages, advertising, harassment and abusive language all count as misuse, and addresses that misuse the form may be blocked.
Never include passwords, login codes or other account security details in a message. Siege Tracker will never ask for them, and nothing on the site needs them. Keep messages focused on one topic where you can, and include enough context for a clear answer, such as the page you were reading. How the details you send are handled is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms of use.
Ubisoft Trademarks and an Independent Site
Rainbow Six Siege is a Ubisoft trademark, and so are the related names, logos, operators and maps. Siege Tracker uses those names only to describe the game and explain its stats, in the same way a review or guide might. Using them does not mean Ubisoft has approved, sponsored or checked anything on this site.
The terms and conditions make this independence clear for a practical reason. If you need official rules, patch notes or account help, Siege Tracker is not the source. The official Rainbow Six Siege website is where Ubisoft publishes its own information about the game. Treat our guides as an independent explainer that sits alongside those official channels, not as a replacement for them, and check anything important in the game itself.

Sharing and Quoting Our Guides
The original text, layouts, graphics and tools on Siege Tracker belong to us or are used with permission. That does not mean you cannot talk about them. Under the terms and conditions, you are welcome to share links to any page and to quote short passages, as long as you give credit and link back to the source.
- Fine to quote a sentence or two from a guide in a forum post, with a link.
- Fine to share a screenshot of your own calculator result, described as your own estimate.
- Not fine to copy a full guide into another website or video script without permission.
- Not fine to present our writing or tools as something you created.
If you would like to use more than a short extract, contact us first and explain what you have in mind.
Third-Party Links and Advertising
Some pages link to other websites, such as official Ubisoft pages, and the site shows ads served by third parties to help keep it free. Once you click away, you are on a site with its own rules. Our terms and conditions do not cover what happens there, and we cannot control its content, security or privacy practices.
Ads are chosen by the ad provider, not hand-picked by us, so an ad on a page is not a recommendation. Be careful with any ad or link that promises free in-game currency, boosted ranks or account services, and never enter your Ubisoft login on a page you reached through an unknown link. If you notice a broken or suspicious link on our pages, report it so it can be reviewed and removed if needed.

How Changes to the Terms and Conditions Work
Rainbow Six Siege changes from season to season, and Siege Tracker changes with it. New tools may be added, guides may be rewritten, and the law that applies to websites can shift. When the terms and conditions need to reflect any of that, the updated version is posted on this page.
There is no account to send a notice to, so the simplest habit is to glance at this page if you have not visited for a while. Continuing to use the site after an update means the new version applies to your visits. If you do not agree with a change, you can stop using the site at any time. Guides themselves may also be corrected over time, and the Data Accuracy page explains how errors are reviewed.
Questions About These Terms and Conditions
If something in the Siege Tracker terms is unclear, or you are not sure whether a plan fits them, ask. Nobody expects you to read legal wording like a lawyer. You can write to tech4english@gmail.com or use the form on our contact page. A clear question gets a clearer answer, so it helps to include:
- The section of the terms and conditions you are asking about.
- What you want to do, such as quoting a guide or linking to a tool.
- Any page URL that relates to your question.
Please keep account details, passwords and login codes out of your message, even if you think they might help explain your situation. We read every genuine question and aim to respond as soon as we reasonably can.
